Job Description
We are currently seeking a Bookkeeper /Accounting Assistant who is well organized and detail oriented with experience using both Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online. This position requires all aspects of bookkeeping including spreadsheet preparation, payroll related journal entries, account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications
- Bank account, credit card and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Proper categorizing of income and expense accounts & maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Must have an understanding of accounting priniciples
- Additional accounting and administrative tasks, e.g. telephones, filing, photocopying as needed
