Accounting Clerk – Temp-to-Perm Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the Staff Accountant with daily functions, including data entry and filing financial documents.

- Assist in processing purchase orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely recording.

- Collaborate with the warehouse and receiving teams to locate and verify receipts or documentation as needed.

- Maintain organized and up-to-date records for accounting and audit purposes.

- Foster positive working relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

- Perform additional administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree not required.

- Previous experience in an office, accounting, or administrative role is a plus.

- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.

- Ability to work fully on-site in a busy environment.

- Comfortable interacting with warehouse staff and navigating different departments.

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
