4 day work week (onsite in Redlands or San Dimas office)
Full-time/Permanent
We are an established multi-disciplined firm primarily focused on Southern California TK-12 educational design. You'll have the opportunity to engage in all phases of project development, including client interaction and production of technical drawings and renderings.
Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for the preparation of Construction Documents.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to create drawings from written and verbal directions for design/planning exhibits.
- Responsible for assisting the project team with the production and/or revision of the drawings, including program compliance; code and agency compliance; schedule commitments; product research.
- Review the project schedule and provide any feedback on document production time frames as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Architecture
- DSA experience is a plus
- Strong Revit/AutoCAD experience
- Technical skills including creating architectural design, details, and documents
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Photoshop
