This is an excellent opportunity for a bookkeeping or accounting professional with 3- 5 years of experience who wants to expand their skills, learn the financial side of the construction industry, and gain hands-on exposure to project-based accounting, job costing, and financial reporting.

The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and eager to learn. You will work closely with an experienced team while supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and assisting with month-end processes. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
• Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately
• Maintain and update financial records and general ledger entries
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and account summaries
• Support payroll processing and documentation as needed
• Review financial records for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain organized accounting files and documentation

Qualifications

• 3- 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience required
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills required
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and reconciliations
• Associate' s or Bachelor' s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Bookkeeping Certification and/or CPB Certification
• QuickBooks Certification and/or FPC Certification
• Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Journal Entries & General Ledger Maintenance
• Financial Reporting
• Data Entry Accuracy
• Time Management & Organization
• QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office proficiencyCompensation & Benefits
