Corporate Tax Manager & Transfer Pricing Specialist (m/w/d)

Qualifikationen Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern (Steuerberaterexamen von Vorteil) Min. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrungin einer vergleichbaren Position in einem internationalen Industrieunternehmen oder einer global tätigen Beratungsgesellschaft Fundierte Kenntnisse im internationalen Steuerrecht, insbesondere im Bereich Transfer Pricing und Dokumentationspflichten Sehr gute Kenntnisse im deutschen Umsatzsteuer- und Lohnsteuerrecht Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Sicherer Umgang mit SAP und MS Office Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Eigenverantwortung Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Belastbarkeit Verantwortungsbereiche Sicherstellung der Einhaltung nationaler & internationaler Steueranforderungen Leitung strategischer Steuerprojekte (z.B. Pillar 2, TCMS) Umsetzung gesetzlicher Dokumentationspflichten & Unterstützung bei Verrechnungspreisen der Auslandsgesellschaften Entwicklung & Pflege von Verrechnungspreismodellen inkl. Benchmark-Analysen Erstellung des Country-by-Country Reportings Unterstützung der Tochtergesellschaften bei steuerlichen Meldungen Verantwortung für die steuerliche Forschungszulage in Deutschland Ansprechpartner:in für externe Steuerberater (In-/Ausland) Steuerliche Bewertung grenzüberschreitender Themen Mitwirkung bei Intercompany-Verträgen Optimierung interner steuerlicher Prozesse & Richtlinien #J-18808-Ljbffr Marquardt Group
