Salary Range $22.00 - $23.00 Hourly
Description
The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the Transportation Manager regarding the maintenance, changes and revisions to daily routes, fielding client/parent issues and providing resolutions to such issues. The Transportation Coordinator will be the second point of contact in the absence of the manager and will maintain operation continuity in the afternoon hours after the Transportation Manager departs for the day.
This is a ft position Monday-Friday

Qualifications
- Prior administrative and/or dispatch experience with a school bus company preferred
- Understanding of the school bus terms helpful
- Strong written and communication skills/Bi lingual Spanish
- Ability to work under pressure and remain composed
- Ability to multi-task effectively
- Intermediate to proficient Microsoft Office skills; managing multiple applications simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional demeanor
