Regional Manager - Empire - Neurosurgical

Regional Manager position leading neurosurgical sales teams across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Responsible for driving regional sales performance, developing sales staff, and executing business strategies in the medical device sector.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach sales representatives to achieve regional sales and territory performance goals
Recruit, hire, and develop sales talent to build high-performing teams
Develop and execute regional business plans aligned with sales objectives and market opportunities
Conduct field visits to provide sales coaching, performance feedback, and professional development
Partner with cross-functional teams to execute business initiatives and address customer needs

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
Minimum 5 years professional sales experience
Minimum 2 years outside sales experience
Experience developing and executing territory or regional business plans
Experience analyzing sales performance and market opportunities
Experience managing forecasts and business performance metrics

Compensation: $216,578 - $283,410 salary plus bonus and benefits
