Maintenance Technician

We are working with an established **Plastics Manufacturer **based in **Springdale, OH. **They are recruiting for an **Maintenance Technician **to join their team on 1st or 3rd shift in return for a salary in the region of **$34 - $38 p/h **along with excellent employment benefits which include 401K, Healthcare, Vision and Dental.
Duties as an Maintenance Technician:
- Maintaining mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatics
- Maintaining
- Single and three phase motor replacement and repair
- Electrical troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Interpreting blueprints and electrical schematics
- PLC troubleshooting
- Maintaining AC/DC motors
- Maintaining Plastic Extruders
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience (covering both electrical and mechanical).
- Background in manufacturing, ideally plastics, extrusion, or similar industry.
- Electrical troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to also work confidently on mechanical systems.
- must have ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on the night shift.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
