Job Status: Full Time, Exempt – This position is a “Contingent Hire” position contingent upon a potential award of a new U.S. Navy contract to QED Systems.

Salary Range: $114,000/year - $137,000/year

Job Description: This i ndividual will serve as the Operations Manager (OM) in support of a Government Product Support Facility (PSF) contract. The OM will manage the planning, execution, and control of efforts required to operate the PSF, including supply support, inventory management, material packaging, handling and shipping, asset marking and tracking, installation and de-installation of program assets, and related network and software development.

Job Requirements/skill sets: Must have a minimum of 7 years of operations management experience, or a minimum of 5 years of operations management experience with a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated experience with Government material management is strongly desired.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are desired.

Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business or operations management is preferred.

Security Clearance/Naval Facility Access: U.S. citizenship required. Must be able to meet and maintain eligibility for U.S. Secret Clearance and be able to access U.S. Navy ships, military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.
