- Coordinate and prioritize daily schedules for service technicians.
- Assign work orders and manage workflow to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor project timelines, service reports, and material requirements.
- Assist technicians with technical troubleshooting and operational support.
- Process timesheets, expense reports, invoices, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure administrative tasks are completed on time.
- Communicate with internal departments to support production and operational goals.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and workflow.
- Provide ongoing coordination and administrative support to the service team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or textile manufacturing.
- Previous experience coordinating technicians, service personnel, or work schedules.
- Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- German language skills are a plus.
- Valid U.S. driver's license required.
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
- Ability to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment.
