Hybrid | Contract | Kansas City, MO Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist Morgan Hunter is partnering with a large, nationally recognized organization based in KC to add a contract Talent Acquisition Specialist to their recruiting team. This company has experienced significant growth over the past decade and continues to expand across multiple markets nationwide. This position will support recruiting efforts across corporate, field, and union roles, helping the talent acquisition team manage increased hiring demand. Responsibilities Support full‑cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies Build and maintain candidate pipelines for a variety of roles Coordinate interview logistics and assist with candidate selection and offer processes Utilize the internal ATS to track candidate activity and maintain accurate records Represent the organization professionally during recruiting events and outreach efforts Maintain recruiting reports and assist with tracking hiring metrics Support initiatives that improve the candidate experience throughout the hiring process Qualifications 3–6 years of in‑house recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience supporting hiring across multiple departments or locations preferred Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office tools Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent professional experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr Morgan Hunter
