Set Up Technician

Start your new career as a Setup Technician with MAU in Mansfield, GA. As a Setup Technician, you will set up, operate, and maintain production equipment while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with manufacturing standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

• Permanent 2nd Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (overtime as needed on Saturdays)

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Basic mechanical and electrical work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Strong attention to detail
• Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed

What You'll Do as a Setup Technician:

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on all equipment
• Monitor and adjust production processes and equipment for quality and productivity
• Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and standard operating procedures (changeovers)
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed
• Troubleshoot and correct issues with equipment, devices, or products
• Perform various production and quality control duties as requested
• Initiate, participate in, and maintain 6S standards and lean manufacturing concepts
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement program
• Understand and demonstrate commitment to the company's Quality Policy and ISO 9001:2015 responsibilities
• Perform special duties as assigned by management
• Patrol job stations throughout the shift
