Field Service Technician

Provides on-site support for computer hardware, peripheral, and data cabling issues. Repairs or replaces faulty hardware or cabling when dispatched to a restaurant. Maintains the hardware depot facility, which includes preparing new hardware, tracking warranty information, repairing faulty hardware and testing hardware prior to deployment. This position requires the ability to work after-hours “on call.” Some travel required as needed.ResponsibilitiesThe primary job duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:Provides on-site support for computer hardware, peripheral, and data cabling issues.Repairs computer equipment at the depot facility.Tracks warranty information on hardware.Other duties may be assigned to meet business needsQualificationsListed below are the minimum qualifications required to successfully perform this role.
