This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift, 5x8 hours (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM), Monday through Friday, with holiday and weekend rotation required.

The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for sterilization, decontamination, and assembly/wrapping of surgical instruments and equipment, ensuring optimal functioning and safety for patient care.

Perform sterilization and decontamination processes for surgical instruments.

Assemble, wrap, and prepare surgical trays and equipment according to protocols.

Maintain records of sterilization processes and equipment usage.

Assist with floating to sister facilities as needed to meet staffing requirements.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sterile processing within a Level 1 Trauma Center.

National certifications such as CBSPD and/or HSPA required.

Experience with sterilization and assembly/wrapping procedures.

Preferred experience in Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, orthopedic, transplant, and GYN specialties.
