Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg

Position Summary Registered Nurse (RN) – Med/Surg 2 North (Surgical/Neuro) – 34800 AMC Oshkosh – Med/Surg, located at 855 N. Westhaven Drive, Oshkosh, WI 54904. Schedule & Pay Full‑time nights: 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM, every third weekend, one major, one minor holiday, block schedule. 36 hours per week. Pay range: $38.20–$57.30 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: up to $15,000 for eligible candidates. Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Additional Requirements & Expectations Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification. NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification. Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and collaborate in a team‑based care model. Commitment to professional development and participation in shared decision‑making.
