As a Climate Positive company, we restore more than 100% of its carbon, water, and energy use back to the earth, in our four manufacturing facilities right here in the USA.We have an immediate opening for a Production 2nd Shift Supervisor to lead and coordinate manufacturing operations while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency goals are consistently achieved. Responsibilities will be carried out directly or through supervision of team members.Key Job Functions:Oversee daily second shift production operations to ensure schedules and customer requirements are metServe as the main point of contact for all shift-related issues and escalate urgent concernsSupport production lines as needed to maintain efficiency, quality, and safety standardsMonitor labor efficiency, downtime, scrap, and overall shift performanceEnsure all products meet quality specifications and work with Quality to resolve issuesVerify production documentation, batch records, and paperwork for accuracyLead safety practices, enforce GMPs, and ensure proper PPE usageConduct safety observations and support weekly safety checksCoordinate basic equipment maintenance and escalate repair needs to leadershipLead, coach, and develop production employees and line leadersConduct shift meetings and communicate daily goals and expectationsPromote accountability, teamwork, and a positive work cultureAddress employee concerns and partner with HR or leadership for resolutionEnsure facility security procedures are followed at end of shiftHandle other special projects and requests, as neededRequirements:High school diploma or GEDAt least two to five years of supervisory experience in a production environmentExperience with filling, capping, labeling, or similar production equipment preferredStrong understanding of production metrics and continuous improvement practicesAbility to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentDetail oriented with the ability to read, comprehend, and follow instructionsStrong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office as well as ERP systemsAbility to perform routine machine maintenance and basic equipment repairStrong attention to detail and documentation accuracyAbility to multitask and manage competing prioritiesCommitment to safety, quality, and operational excellenceWhy Join the ECOS Family:Comprehensive group insurance including medical, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, and supplemental insurance plans including accident and critical illness401k with company matchPaid vacation and sick payTen paid holidays per year including your birthdayPaid parental bonding leaveSustainability incentives for purchasing eco-friendly carWellness programs and incentivesECOS is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
