What You'll Do

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Assist customers with billing questions, service requests, account updates, and general inquiries.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account changes within company systems.
• Navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously while providing a positive customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, food service, collections, call centers, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable using multiple computer systems at once.

Compensation

• $20/hour (bonus eligibility upon permanent higher )
