About the Role
The Company is seeking a President for Ancillary Lines to spearhead the development of a Center of Excellence. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing the division's strategy, building the necessary infrastructure, and nurturing both internal and external relationships with vendors and agency partners. A key focus of the role is to drive new premium growth, and the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in this area, particularly with non-medical products and services. Responsibilities include creating a long-term strategic plan, positioning the team as a trusted partner, and acting as a subject matter expert in all ancillary lines offerings. The role also involves participating in high-level negotiations and requires frequent travel to industry events and partner locations. Applicants for the President, Ancillary Lines position at the company should have 7-10 years of progressive sales and leadership experience in ancillary benefits, including life, disability, dental, vision, and voluntary products.
