Management AnalystSEACORP is seeking a well-qualified Management Analyst.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Job Summary: SEACORP is seeking a Management Analyst I for our Production Business Area.Key Responsibilities:Collect and prepare metrics, review team goals and accomplishments, record action items, tasks, and assignments, and track against the project scheduleUnderstand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture.Facilitate communications between engineering, development, and test groups.Quickly and accurately disseminate technical and programmatic information.Report findings and project status to the Government.Reports are submitted in writing, but oral presentations/reviews and group interaction is required.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technical discipline.Experience: Minimum 1+ years of related experience.Ideal Skills:Must have excellent time management and communication skills to work as part of a team in a system development environment.Must have exceptional organizational skills.Must be flexible to tasking changes.Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office. Microsoft Project skills a plus.Must have U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret level DoD clearance.Location: Groton, CTTravel: NoneClearance: SecretWork Environment & Physical Demands: Office & Computer Laboratories - This position requires the following physical activities: Sitting, standing, extended periods of time using a mouse and keyboard and looking at computer screens. Infrequent lifting of <40lbs. Movement between points within the same office or between buildings.
