Quality InspectorJob Type: Full-Time Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift AvailableAbout the PositionWe are hiring Quality Inspectors for manufacturing facilities throughout Indiana. These positions are responsible for inspecting parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience is preferred, but candidates with strong production backgrounds and good attention to detail are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesInspect manufactured parts and products for defects, damage, or inconsistenciesPerform visual and dimensional inspectionsUse basic measuring and inspection tools as requiredCompare parts against specifications, samples, drawings, or work instructionsIdentify and separate defective or non-conforming productsRecord inspection results and production information accuratelyComplete quality documentation and reportsPerform rework or sorting activities when necessaryCommunicate quality concerns to supervisors or production personnelMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaFollow established quality, safety, and production proceduresAssist with containment and inspection projects as neededMeet production and quality expectations while maintaining accuracyPerform other duties as assignedRequirementsPrevious manufacturing, production, warehouse, or quality inspection experience preferredStrong attention to detailAbility to identify defects and inconsistenciesAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsBasic math skillsAbility to read and understand basic measurements and specificationsComfortable standing and walking for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive inspection tasksReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shiftPreferred ExperienceExperience with any of the following is a plus:Quality inspectionManufacturing inspectionProductionAutomotive manufacturingDimensional inspectionVisual inspectionQuality controlQuality assuranceSorting and containmentCalipers and micrometersTape measures and gaugesBlueprints or technical drawingsManufacturing work instructionsProduction documentationWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for dependable candidates who take pride in producing quality work.
