Senior Metal FabricatorLocation: Carol Stream, ILPay: $27.00 - $33.00/hour (weekly pay) Overtime: $40.50 - $49.50/hourSchedule: Monday-Friday, 3:45pm to 12:15amPerks: Paid breaks and 10+ hours of overtime available weeklyJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Metal Fabricator to join our growing team. This role involves fabricating and welding machine frames and components, reading blueprints, ensuring quality standards, and helping lead fabrication projects. Candidates should have strong fabrication skills, attention to detail, and leadership potential.ResponsibilitiesFabricate and weld structural steel components and machine framesRead and interpret engineering blueprints and drawingsPerform MIG welding and precision measurementsLead and support fabrication, welding, and assembly projectsTrain and mentor team membersEnsure quality, safety, and production goals are metComplete required documentation and communicate with supervisorsMaintain a safe and organized work environmentQualifications4+ years of metal fabrication experienceStrong MIG welding skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsStrong communication and problem-solving skillsExperience with fabrication equipment and toolsCommitment to workplace safetyForklift, overhead crane, and industrial equipment experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) candidates encouraged to apply
