Senior Financial Services Consultant

The Senior Financial Services Consultant will serve as a strategic resource across multiple client engagements, providing billable expertise in banking and finance operations. Responsibilities include analyzing complex financial processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing effective strategies to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate is a critical thinker and skilled problem solver, with proven experience collaborating with stakeholders at all levels—including executives, management, and frontline staff. Professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to teamwork are essential, as the consultant will frequently work in high-paced environments and must foster strong relationships both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support multiple client engagements in banking and finance operations.
• Analyze and improve financial processes and operational workflows.
• Present recommendations and solutions to executives and client teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (or the equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in banking or financial operations consulting.
• Strong track record of critical thinking and problem solving in complex environments.
• Must have a minimum of 8+ years on Prologue including implementation, balancing, and training.
• Must have a minimum of 1 years experience within DNA finance.
