Job Responsibilities

Receive and verify incoming materials against packing slips.
Systematically enter receipts and updates into Oracle software.
Stage materials on shelves using printed Move Orders.
Transfer materials from the warehouse to technician's vehicles.
Perform and enter cycle counts and manual inventories.
Communicate with various departments via email.
Review and rectify inventory order/receiving reports.
Collaborate with vendors for material order status.
Complete additional tasks as assigned by the manager.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
Experience with computers and ability to learn new programs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
Valid driver's license and personal vehicle for work-related travel.

Preferences

Experience with Oracle software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
One year of experience in inventory control.
