Senior Human Resources Generalist

We're hiring a Sr. HR Generalist to serve as a strategic, hands-on HR partner for a manufacturing and distribution facility operating across multiple shifts. You'll be the primary HR resource for supervisors, managers, and hourly employees on the floor - leading investigations, coaching leaders through disciplinary action, and ensuring consistent, compliant application of policy across both first and second shift. What You'll Do Conduct employee investigations involving policy violations, attendance, safety, and workplace complaints. Coach supervisors and managers on employee relations, corrective action, and fair application of policy. Facilitate disciplinary processes from counseling through termination, with proper documentation. Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly, technical, administrative, and supervisory roles. Support performance management, new hire onboarding, and training. Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO, OSHA, and wage-and-hour regulations, including leave administration and the interactive accommodation process. Partner with Safety, Operations, Quality, Distribution, and Maintenance to support a safe, productive work environment. Maintain HRIS records and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives across all shifts. What You'll Bring 3-5 years of progressive HR experience in a true generalist capacity. Experience supporting a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment with a high-volume hourly workforce, including regular daily presence on the production or warehouse floor. Strong, hands-on employee relations, investigation, coaching, and conflict resolution experience. Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, EEO, and other employment law compliance. Ability to build credibility and communicate effectively across all levels, from hourly team members to senior leaders. Paycom experience strongly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred. This is an onsite role with split-shift flexibility (approximately 11am-7pm or 12pm-8pm) to provide coverage and visibility for both shifts.
