Schedule: We offer flexible hours; weekend availability required.
Multiple Store Locations: Newark, Elizabeth, North Bergen, Watchung, Lodi, Union & Linden

A.J. Perri Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling is  In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Responsibilities

As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generator , you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.

Qualifications

You don't need HVAC experience to be successful. We are looking for people who are:

• Outgoing personality and willingness to speak with shoppers
• Retail, kiosk, Door-to-Door, or sales experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
