Role Overview The HR Manager is responsible for leading people strategy to support HIPPEAS’ continued growth, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting day-to-day employee needs and HR processes. Your Responsibilities Employee Experience & Development: Coach managers, enhance training, and lead engagement initiatives that foster inclusion, growth, and retention Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Streamline hiring and deliver an onboarding experience that reflects our brand and sets employees up for success HR Operations & Compliance: Maintain accurate records, benefits, and policies while ensuring compliance, improving processes, and serving as a trusted People & Culture resource What We Offer Competitive compensation, including salary of $80,000-$100,000 (dependent on experience) A hybrid work environment (NYC) Medical, dental and vision insurance The opportunity to play a key role in growing a rapidly expanding concept and the tremendous personal growth that comes with that. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. Preferred: HR Certification such as the SHRM-CP or PHR.
