We’re looking for builders who want to create products that define industries—not simply compete in them. Responsibilities Owning FP&A calendar and cost budgeting. Setting up business processes to work with and manage subsidiary relationships. Month-end and quarter-end board presentations. Ad Hoc analysis that often arrives. Key Competencies Organized: Owning and managing the FP&A calendar, ensuring we remain on track with closing. Headcount Planning & Cost Modeling: Translating Skillz's strategies into numbers. Stakeholder Ownership: Experience with planning, business and board reviews, timeline and communication expectations. System Knowledge: Netsuite or similar ERP systems. Data Fluency: Process creation, automation, and data including proficiency or interest in SQL. Experience A minimum 6 years of experience in FP&A roles (corporate - budget and consolidation). Bonus if you have investment banking or management consulting experience. Extensive consolidation, headcount planning and cost modeling experience. SQL experience or interest. Knowledge of how to retrieve data and information from Snowflake. Tableau experience is a plus. Consistent track record of success as proven by business results and in-company promotions. Strong preference for gaming or tech (media tech or consumer tech) industry. Bachelor's Degree. Preference for degree in Business or Economics.
