In addition is responsible for assessing staffing needs and coordinating nursing staff to provide continuity of care on all shifts. Primary Position Responsibilities Coordination of staffing Clerical Duties Project based work Regulatory duties Other duties as assigned Qualifications Minimum Education High School Diploma or Equivalent Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) None License, Registry Or Certification Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required Telephone etiquette, organizational skills, ability to adjust and deal effectively with frequent interruptions and workload, extremely flexible, competent use of Microsoft applications, ability to function independently and ability to problem-solve effectively, effective communication skills.
