Position Description: The School of Dentistry seeks an exceptional candidate for the position of Department Coordinator II to provide administrative and operational support in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and other areas as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Serve as assistant to Department Chair of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Assist faculty with DMD students/teaching. Includes but not limited to, entering grades, uploading lectures, syllabi, grading, exam proctoring Purchase, receive, and reconcile monthly procurement transactions Process annual memberships and registrations for faculty Coordinate department faculty meetings Handle outgoing and incoming mail Process expense reports for travel for faculty Coordinate outside lectures and alumni events Order catering as needed for special events Track department absences, licenses and immunizations for faculty Order office supplies Provide backup administrative support as needed for other units Other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Experience using Blackboard to post course information Proficient with Microsoft Office suite Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills Experience with transcription equipment Target Compensation Maximum: $26.03

Target Compensation Minimum: $17.35
