Regional ManagerThe Regional Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the company's operations across the western half of the United States. Based in Denver, Colorado, this role will primarily oversee projects focused on the installation of industrial automation equipment for a key strategic client. This position requires a strong leader with deep experience in industrial project execution, project management, team development, and client relationship management. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to grow business, capable of managing a geographically dispersed team, and committed to delivering excellence in a fast-paced, travel-intensive environment.Essential duties and responsibilities include demonstrating the values and business principles of Leadec, working safely at all times, requiring discipline and attention to detail with quality work product while meeting deadlines, working closely with and supporting all members of the project team to ensure success of the project, assembling, reviewing and managing documentation for the project, adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively, and all other duties as assigned by Leadec manager.Operational LeadershipOversee all regional projects involving the installation of industrial automation equipmentEnsure projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to defined quality standardsManage project lifecycle from pre-construction through commissioning and closeoutImplement best practices for planning, scheduling, and cost controlEnsure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company standardsKey Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for a major client across the western U.S.Build and maintain a strong, long-term partnership focused on performance, reliability, and growthEnsure consistent communication, responsiveness, and client satisfactionIdentify opportunities to expand scope of work within the client's operationsRegional OversightLead operations across a multi-state western territory requiring up to 75% travelProvide hands-on leadership and on-site support to project teamsStandardize processes and drive operational consistency across the regionMonitor project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiativesTeam ManagementLead, mentor, and develop project managers, engineers, and field teamsBuild a high-performing, accountable, and collaborative team cultureRecruit, train, and retain personnel to support regional growthConduct performance management and succession planningBusiness Development & GrowthDrive revenue growth, primarily through expansion with the key client and targeted new opportunitiesSupport estimating, proposals, and contract negotiationsIdentify and pursue additional industrial automation installation opportunities within the regionAlign regional strategy with overall company growth objectivesFinancial OversightManage regional and project budgets, forecasts, and financial performanceEnsure project profitability and implement corrective actions when neededDrive cost efficiency and margin improvement across all projectsCompetenciesManaging ComplexityAction OrientationManaging TasksCreating SynergiesOpen CommunicationDriving ChangeSelf-ManagementKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCommunication Skills - Frequently required to stand and walk on concrete surfaces for 4 -12 hours. Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; lift; climb or balance; kneel, crawl, stoop, or crouch.Vision requirements: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception and focus adjustment.Work is performed in an office and industrial-manufacturing environment with significant time spent working on a computer or at a desk.
