Shift Lead & Creative Coordinator

Location: Dunwoody World of Beverages
Schedule: Primarily evenings, weekends, and holidays

About the Role

We are seeking a dependable, hardworking, detail-oriented, and creative leader to oversee evening and weekend operations while helping grow our brand through social media and marketing initiatives.

This is a leadership position. We need someone who can manage employees, ensure store operations run smoothly, deliver excellent customer service, and take ownership of creating engaging content that drives customers into the store.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable leading a team, helping customers, solving problems, creating social media content, and bringing new marketing ideas to the business.

Leadership & Store Operations

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise cashiers and stock associates during assigned shifts.

• Ensure employees remain productive and accountable.

• Delegate tasks and follow up on completion.

• Address customer service issues and employee concerns.

• Communicate important updates to ownership.

Store Operations

• Open and/or close the store properly.

• Balance registers and follow cash-handling procedures.

• Ensure shelves remain stocked, faced, and organized.

• Verify pricing, signage, and promotional displays.

• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and independently.

Inventory & Merchandising

• Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.

• Check in deliveries and maintain organized backstock.

• Create attractive displays and promotional endcaps.

• Help reduce inventory shrink and theft.

Creative & Marketing Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Create and post 3–4 social media posts per week.

• Produce Instagram Reels, Facebook content, stories, and promotional videos.

• Take photos and videos of products, events, tastings, and store displays.

• Write captions and promotional content.

• Keep social media pages active and engaging.

Marketing & Promotions

• Develop creative ideas to increase store traffic and sales.

• Plan and promote tastings, events, and holiday promotions.

• Work with vendors on special promotions and featured products.

• Help grow VIP membership and customer loyalty programs.

Branding

• Ensure in-store signage remains current and professional.

• Create promotional flyers and marketing materials.

• Maintain a consistent brand image across all customer-facing materials.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, liquor store, grocery, hospitality, or management experience preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools preferred.

• Reliable transportation.

• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.

• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

This position can lead to Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or Marketing Manager opportunities for the right candidate.

This is not a desk job. The ideal candidate will spend most of their time leading the sales floor, assisting customers, managing employees, and running store operations while also creating content and marketing initiatives that help grow the business.
