- Deliver Results - Take orders, manage the POS system, and ensure seamless operations during every shift.
- Support Team Growth - Complete training certifications and lead by example.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; prior food service experience preferred but not required.
- Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal abilities; thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility: Available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Certifications: Food Handler's card and/or ServSafe certification required (or obtainable after hire).
- Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and committed to team success.
