Housebuildr is a systems-driven solar organization focused on scalable growth. We don’t rely on job boards alone — we build teams through leadership, recruiting, and field development. This role is designed for someone who wants to build people, not just sell . The Role
As a Solar Recruiting & Field Coordinator, your responsibility is to help grow and stabilize the local market team . You will:
- Assist with recruiting setters and entry-level reps
- Conduct initial screenings and onboarding support
- Help train and deploy new reps in the field
- Track attendance, activity, and performance
- Support daily execution standards and accountability
- Work closely with Market Leadership
This role is a strong fit if you:
