Job Description

As a Security Officer - Operations Site Rover in Goodyear AZ you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer patrolling a dynamic data center location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents and deliver outstanding customer service and this role you will support daily operations with agility reliability teamwork and integrity while helping create a welcoming environment for everyone on site.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a data center location.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting details and sharing information with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings exterior areas and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points verify credentials as directed by site policies and report irregularities involving visitors vendors and/or deliveries.
• Support a professional location environment by communicating clearly with employees guests and/or contractors while following post orders and escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
