Overview Located along a scenic waterfront property in Brooklyn, NY, our Menorah Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, assess and treat patients within our rehabilitation center. Plan and administer treatment modalities in accordance with a resident plan of care Documents screenings, evaluations, progress notes and care plan tracking forms Maintains statistical data on patients Provides guidance and supervision to assigned Physical Therapy Assistants Qualifications Bachelor's degree in physical therapy Current NYS Physical Therapy license 2 years of geriatric experience from a rehabilitation & nursing home facility is preferred Min USD $86,351.78/Yr.
