Responsibilities

• Prepare, format, and edit documents using word processing software.
• Proofread and correct documents for grammar, punctuation, and style errors.
• Ensure consistency in document design and layout as per company standards.
• Collaborate with team members to gather information for reports and presentations.
• Maintain and organize electronic files and document archives.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and handouts.
• Perform data entry tasks as required for document creation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Word Processing Operator or in a related role.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy with a minimum of 60 words per minute.
• Strong knowledge of word processing software, particularly Microsoft Word.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with proofreading conventions and formatting standards.
