Remote Member Services Pro: Pharmacy Benefits & Support

PharmaCentra, LLC seeks a remote Member Services Representative to provide compassionate support for pharmacy benefits and inquiries. In this fast-paced role, you will handle 40+ inbound calls daily, educate members on their benefits, and resolve issues using multiple systems. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service or health care, possesses strong communication skills, and is proficient in key software.
