You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies medical surgical needsPerform post operative assessmentsPerform wound carePerforms timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical recordMultidisciplinary CollaborationsSchedule: PRN- NightsWhat we're looking for:Applicants should have a current state LPN license.
