CNC Operator

Pay: $21-$23/Hr Depending on experience
Location: Lewisville, TX 75057

Available Shifts

• 1st Shift: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 3:30 PM

• 2nd Shift: MondayThursday, 3:30 PM 2:00 AM

Overtime and weekends may be required based on production needs.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and monitoring CNC equipment used to produce wire components while ensuring quality and production standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC equipment.

• Adjust machine settings to optimize quality and production.

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenance.

• Maintain accurate production and quality records.

• Assist with operator training and continuous improvement efforts.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Previous CNC setup, programming, and operating experience required.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Experience using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools.

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with manufacturing software.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Experience with wire-forming or bending equipment is preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.

Additional Requirements

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

• Reliable transportation required.

• Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
