Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage direct reports, including daily task oversight, training, performance reviews, and process implementation.Keeping track of billable hours, financials, and reporting.Support hiring and recruiting efforts to attract and retain top talent.Meet weekly with the Property Management Director to align priorities and delegate work.Lead department meetings and training sessions, with a strong focus on safety.Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution.Lead team communication during emergencies and storm-related events.Complete work orders at managed properties and properties requesting handyman services.Actively participate in company events and culture initiatives.QualificationsPrior experience in property maintenance.OSHA, HVAC and EPA Certifications (Preferred)Proven leadership experience with strong people-management skills.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.Customer-focused mindset with high professionalism and discretion.Self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven.Commitment to continuous learning and team development.Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
