We are searching for an onsite, hands-on, Human Resources Generalist to support our Salt Lake City, Utah plant. If you're energized by fast-paced manufacturing environments and the opportunity to leave a lasting organizational impact — this is your platform.

This isn't a sit-behind-the-desk HR role. Your influence will help shape, recruitment, engagement, retention, safety culture, and leadership capability across entire operation.

What You'll Support:

• Frontline Recruitment:
• Increase employee retention, reducing turnover while also increasing employee satisfaction.
• Implement staffing and hiring plans and spearhead proactive plantwide workforce planning activities.
• Conduct on-site job fairs and host external hiring events to ensure consistent, proactive frontline recruitment occurs.
• Engage with local community-based organizations and initiate continuous outreach activities to increase candidate talent pools.

Culture & Engagement:

• Champion a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture.
• Help bridge communication between leadership and frontline employees.

Organizational Development:

• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Help assess training needs.
• Provide support to plant leadership in support of employee growth and development.

Compliance & Risk Management:

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR best practices, and safety standards.
• Provide support and leadership to ensure a "see something, say something" plant culture exists.
• Support and reinforce plant safety and employee well-being programs.

What You'll Bring:

• 3+ years of proven success as an HR Generalist in manufacturing or an industrial environment.
• Strong frontline recruitment outcomes.
• Stellar communication skills with the ability to challenge plant leadership with humility and manage without direct authority.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred.
