We're not a production shop.

With more than 100 active customers, our machinists are constantly machining new parts, tackling new setups, and solving new manufacturing challenges. Most days you'll be working on something you've never machined before.

What You'll Do

As a CNC Machinist, you'll take projects from print to finished part.

You'll:

• Program, set up, and machine precision components
• Work on one-off and short-run jobs—not repetitive production
• Read blueprints and determine the best machining approach
• Select tooling, prove out programs, and optimize processes
• Inspect your own work to ensure tight tolerances
• Solve new machining challenges every day

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Enjoys challenging, precision machining
• Likes problem-solving more than repetitive production work
• Has strong setup and programming experience
• Reads blueprints confidently
• Takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Wants to keep improving their craft

Experience

• 5+ years CNC machining experience
• Programming experience (G-Code, Converstational, Mastercam, or similar)
• Setup experience on mills and/or lathes
• Strong inspection skills using precision measuring equipment
