How You Will Make a Difference As an LVN on our skilled team, you will provide skilled nursing visits to patients in the home setting. Your responsibilities may include: Wound care Medication administration Other skilled nursing services based on patient needs We value flexibility and patient-centered care , so you’ll work closely with your patients to help determine visit schedules. This role involves travel between patient visits, so reliable transportation is required . LVNs who enjoy independence, hands-on clinical care, and the opportunity to grow their skills will thrive on our skilled team.
