Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/21/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Nights, 3x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30), every other weekend/holiday. Job Description The Medical Surgical Telemetry Nurse will serve as a critical member of the healthcare team, providing high-quality care primarily to medical-surgical patients. This position requires EKG monitoring skills and offers a supportive environment with nursing assistants and unit secretaries available. Nurses will need to float to various Cone campuses as patient care demands dictate. Responsibilities Manage and monitor patients including those requiring telemetry. Administer medications and manage medical equipment. Conduct EKG monitoring and respond to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams. Provide education and support to patients and families. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 2 years nursing experience required. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred. Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory. Charge nurse experience preferred. Telemetry skills with remote monitoring experience are required. Why ARMStaffing?
