Needed for Client in Coon Rapids. Home Care CNA every other Saturday and Sunday, 7am-3pm Shifts. Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? We are currently looking for an outstanding CNA to cover every other weekend with a client in Coon Rapids. CNA Job Responsibilities: Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities (bathing/showering, toileting, etc.), Light Housekeeping / homemaking, Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse, Assist in the implementation of patient care plans, Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.

CNA Qualifications: Current In-State (MN) CNA Certification (Preferred) + A minimum of one year of experience in home health, assisted living, or similar settings, If you are a HHA (no CNA) A minimum of three years of experience in home health, or similar settings required, A Valid Driver's License, Current Auto Insurance and Reliable Vehicle, Weekend Availability (every other), A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Geriatric experience and Alzheimer's / Dementia experience, Must be at least 18 yrs. or older, Able to travel within our covering territories, Empathy for the needs of the client
