Clearview Tax Company Inc. is growing and looking for a professional, motivated, outgoing, and results-driven Recruiting & Onboarding Manager to help us continue expanding our team of tax professionals.

The main responsibility of this position is to recruit, interview, onboard, organize, and help support new tax preparers joining Clearview Tax Company Inc.

Clearview Tax Company Inc. already has 10+ newly recruited tax preparers currently entering the onboarding and management process. The person selected for this role will immediately begin helping organize, onboard, support, and manage these new tax professionals while continuing to recruit additional preparers as the company grows.

Responsibilities

* Recruit new tax preparers and tax professionals
* Review resumes and applications
* Recruit through Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
* Contact qualified candidates by phone, text, and email
* Schedule and conduct interviews
* Conduct in-person interviews when possible, with Zoom and phone interviews available when needed
* Professionally present Clearview Tax Company Inc. and explain the opportunity
* Explain company training, tax software, office-space opportunities, remote-work options, support, and growth opportunities
* Follow up consistently with interested candidates
* Manage the onboarding process for newly recruited tax preparers
* Collect and organize required onboarding documentation
* Coordinate orientation and training
* Help manage and support the company’s existing 10+ newly recruited tax preparers
* Track onboarding progress, training, documentation, and activation status
* Maintain organized records of applicants, interviews, onboarding status, and active preparers
* Promote Clearview Tax Company Inc. through recruiting, networking, social media, and community outreach
* Develop new recruiting strategies
* Monitor recruiting goals and provide regular updates to company leadership
* Work closely with the CEO and President/Team Management

Qualifications

* Able to manage multiple candidates at the same time
* Comfortable promoting the company and presenting opportunities
* Familiar with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Zoom, email, and basic office software

Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, management, sales, marketing, or tax-office operations is preferred.

Experience with H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, Liberty Tax, CPA firms, staffing agencies, recruiting firms, or similar organizations is a plus.

Tax preparation experience is helpful but not required.

Compensation

This position offers a performance-based compensation structure with significant earning potential.

The Recruiting & Onboarding Manager may earn 5% of the actual compensation paid to each new tax preparer personally recruited and successfully onboarded by the manager during that preparer’s first year with Clearview Tax Company Inc.

Final compensation terms, eligibility requirements, payment timing, and applicable employment classification will be discussed during the interview and confirmed in writing before the position begins.

The More You Recruit, The More You Can Earn

Your earning potential increases as you successfully recruit, onboard, and help activate more qualified tax professionals.

Compensation Example

If you successfully recruit and onboard 50 new tax preparers, and each tax preparer earns $40,000 during their first year:

5% of $40,000 = $2,000

The manager could earn:

$2,000 per tax preparer

For 50 newly recruited tax preparers:

50 × $2,000 = $100,000

In this example, the total potential commission would be $100,000.

Actual compensation depends on the actual earnings of each newly recruited tax preparer and the final written compensation agreement.

First-Year Commission Structure

The 5% commission applies only to each newly recruited tax preparer’s first year with Clearview Tax Company Inc.

If you recruit a new preparer in 2026, you may earn 5% of that preparer’s qualifying first-year compensation.

If that same preparer remains with Clearview in 2027, no additional commission would be earned from that same preparer.

However, the manager may continue earning the applicable first-year commission on new tax preparers personally recruited and successfully onboarded in future years.
