Our team is growing and we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Full-Cycle Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

This person will own the recruiting process from initial sourcing and candidate engagement through offer negotiation and onboarding, while partnering closely with hiring managers.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and results driven.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle for assigned positions, including intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define candidate profiles, and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, direct outreach, and other creative channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate, timely records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the process.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with clear and thoughtful assessments.
• Manage the offer process.
• Facilitate a smooth transition from accepted offer through onboarding.
• Track recruiting metrics such as proactive sourcing, submittals, and offers.
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, preferably in a full-cycle recruiting environment.
• Previous VMS experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
• Strong understanding of recruiting best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working with metrics and KPI's.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
