About the Role:

The Tube Laser Operator plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by precisely operating tube laser cutting machinery to fabricate metal components according to detailed specifications. Minimum Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate tube laser cutting machines based on job orders and technical drawings.
• Load and unload metal tubes, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement for cutting.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or deviations from specifications and make necessary adjustments.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety compliance.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance, measuring dimensions and verifying adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to optimize cutting processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or delays promptly.
