Production Assembler

$18.50/Hour | 1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Looking for a hands-on role with growth potential? Join a manufacturing team building marine air conditioning components in a clean, air-conditioned facility. Training is available for mechanically inclined candidates who are eager to learn.
Responsibilities

• Assemble components using hand and pneumatic tools
• Read basic blueprints and electrical schematics
• Route and connect wiring according to instructions
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Cross-train in different assembly processes

Qualifications

• 1+ year of mechanical assembly experience
• 1+ year of experience using hand tools
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally

Preferred

• Manufacturing or assembly line experience
• HVAC, wiring, soldering, or brazing experience
• EPA certification a plus, but not required

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.58 - $18.58/hr.
