• Own the leasing experience from first contact to signed lease and move-in
• Create engaging, personalized tours that sell both the apartment and the lifestyle
• Proactively generate and manage trafficcalls, emails, online leads, and walk-ins
• Qualify prospects and match them with the right home
• Prepare lease agreements and ensure a smooth, accurate move-in process
• Build relationships that drive resident satisfaction, renewals, and referrals
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead

What Sets You Apart

• 1+ year of residential leasing experience (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (highly preferred)
• Strong communication skills with a natural ability to connect and build trust
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Experience with Yardi or similar property management software (preferred)
• A true team player with a results-driven mindset
